I wouldn’t come back here again

The window was too high up so I couldn’t see anything outside, this made me feel trapped in the room. I’m a wheelchair user, on the 2nd day the lift was broken and I was stuck on the forth floor. The hotel didn’t inform me that there is a staff lift available and I could use the staff lift to come down.

Ideal if you don't use hotel gyms and like access to the corniche.

The front staff are good English speakers, caring and nice and will support you. The beds are comfy, and the sheets did not irritate my skin, that's the number one thing when travelling. They do try to go the extra mile for the happiness of their guests It is within walking/jogging distance to the Corniche.

They should not advertise a gym, the one treadmill is broken, the resistance machines are just elastics and it has one free weight that weights less than a bottle of water. The only thing that works is a cycling machine, but the AC is disabled and its so warm and humid in their no one would ever want to use it. Wifi is very slow, often just used my data instead.

overall satisfactory for a short trip of 1-2 days if you want to live close to posh beach front

24x7 helpdesk cleanliness prompt booing and support for late checkout conceriege service Good internet Secure and safe locality. Posh location.

The service numbers (House keeping, room service, reception etc) on phone/intercom in my room wasn't working. Room service is a bit slow. Limited breakfast dishes. Washroom of a standard double room is very small.

Good ,but only the thing for the mini bar extra charge must be informed

I have been charged for the mini bar not even mentioned in the a agreement for a acknowledgement only was mentioned during leaving the hotel they ask for extra payment it feels like cheating not informing in the agreement more over I doubt if the hotel ppl hide a camera in the refrigerator so, that they would know a bout the thing for charging its really bad and feel no privacy.

Great hotel with amazing staff

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Did their utmost to ensure our stay we as comfortable as possible. We had a flight cancellation last minute, so the staff at this hotel gave us a free room upgrade too ensure we were more comfortable and relaxed. Hotel look and facilities were great also, would highly recommend

Not as expected

Great location Big rooms

During check in, he said you do not have a reservation. After showing him the confirmation email, he looked at the computer and said I just received it !!!! It took more than half an hour to check in. He complained that there is only one janitor to clean the rooms. Room was not clean as in pictures. There is not enough towels in the room. One day room service did not show up. had to call for them to clean the room

- My booking was for non-smoking room, though I had been given room in smoking zone. when I told them I need to change my room to non smoking, they excused that they don't have. - Housekeeping is very bad, the TV remote and the iron machine both were failure and have been replace after I complained. - In-room dining has taken hell of time to deliver my order. - Reception staff (especially the Saudi male and female) were not cooperative at all, they rejected my late check out and insisted to leave my room by 14:00 clock. - there is no elevator in the underground parking, and you have to hold your stuff whenever you want to pick up things from/to car. - the bill boy is very lazy and you want to look / wait for him every time. - the breakfast is very very very poor and the staff there are not trained how to treat / deal with customers.

Always a good stay

Plenty of space in the room and a good sized desk for work. Free tea and coffee plus kettle in the room, some free water and a reasonably priced soft drinks mini bar. Very comfortable, big bed

Breakfast is not in a European style and not my sort of thing. Some fresh fruit is about the best part of this
